The Fun Part
1. Our raid slots are Sunday Monday Wednesday Thursday (taking Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays off). Raid invites start at 19.45 game time and continues up to (and sometimes past) 23.00. We require trials to have a minimum of 70% attendance, can you commit to this?

5. Do you have dual spec? What is your gear level on the second spec? Is it gemmed/enchanted to the standard of your main gear?
yes i have dualspec gear level spec is able to tank first 6 bosses in icc 10 all gemmed and enchanted
6. Tell us more about your raiding spec, why have you chosen it to be this way? my raiding spec is blood and i chose it because it is a very high crit spec and has self healing thrown in from my attacks to help the heals out a little bit

7. List your most used spells in your main spec. If you have a rotation/priority explain what it is. If you are a healer, list your main healing spells and which situations you would use them in.
most used spells in my main spec are plauge strike icy touch heart strike death strike and deathcoil
8. Sometimes it may occur that you don't know best when it comes to an aspect of your game/class/spec. Can you handle people giving you advice about such issues? Will you take time out to read about these gaps in your knowledge?
yes i would i would look up anything to improve my spec and raiding dps to help the guild more
9. Cynicals raiding atmosphere is very intense. It often changes from laughing hard at someone for failing/saying something stupid to the most quiet and focused you can be. This is the way we like it, its not horrible, its all a good laugh, but its certainly not for the emo/easily offended. At some point you WILL HAVE THE PISS TAKEN OUT OF YOU. When this happens, tell us how you will handle it.
i will just take what ever is thrown at me and deal with it im not going to flip out and be all pissed off and leave
10. If you've stepped foot into a raid instance this far into WoW, you will no doubt have encountered the dreaded FIRE. Now we all know that standing in the FIRE is bad bad bad, but can you do your job in a raid while being situationally aware enough to MOVE OUT OF THE FIRE? In raids we generally follow the rule of '2 fuck ups and you get replaced', take this seriously.

11. When we drop a boss, loot happens. We don't use DKP, instead officers talk about who should recieve it based on rank (trial/member), activity, commitment to the guild and current gear. If something drops that you want more than sex, but don't get it, how will you react?
i will just deal with what happens in the raids and hope for the best next time
12. Tell us what consumables you bring to raids. Are you afraid of using Mana pots as a healer? Will you bust a flask with 30 minutes of a raid to go if a kill looks sure?
i would have flasks of stoneblood if i ended up tanking and flasks of endless rage for dp if i hve some fish feasts i would bring them with me
13. Do you have a good internet connection and computer? Are you able and willing to talk on ventrillo if needed? The latter might be more important if you are a main tank type for example.

Tell us about the time you respeced Protection when your maintank didn't show up for raid and you killed Kael'thas for the first time. How about the time you killed all your ghosts at Gorefiend in 20 seconds?!!
